Two 17 story towers sharing a 100,000 square foot common podium surrounded by town houses. Responsible for Day to day for 2.7 years, staff, health and safety and sub trade selection. Looked after all construction and project management. Payment to subs from developer was difficult and was able to maintain construction schedule.
